One of the most famous villains and cherished by readers of the Marvel Comics universe is the alien symbiote Poison. Introduced in The Amazing Spider-Man # 300, the character was born from the brainchild of screenwriter David Michelinie and the pencils of Todd McFarlane, one of the most relevant authors in Spider’s publishing history to date.
It was hard to create an enemy capable of approaching Doc Ock and especially Green Goblin, but the interesting backstory, which revolves around the haunted and unfortunate character of Michelinie’s journalist Eddie Brock, combined with the unique and detailed property of McFarlane has managed to win over many readers straight away, which makes the volume of its first publication one of the most sought-after among collectors.
Before starting his full-time career for the Marvel Comics giant, the Spanish artist Iban Coello Dedicated to commissioning drawings and illustrations, he recently decided to share some of his old works on social networks about the first symbiote of the House of Ideas. In the four images shown below you can see four great works, two of them depicting the Anti-Venom, an extraordinary rewrite of the Spider-Carnage was born from the union with Ben Reilly seen on the web of Carnage misery, and of course the first symbiote, Venom himself.
Keep in mind that Carnage got a female cosplay and we leave you to our review of the movie Venom: The Fury of Carnage.
