A press release officially confirmed that the light novels were written by Kuji Furumiya and illustrated by chibi, nameless memoryThey will have an anime adaptation. The statement revealed the voice cast, production details and confirmed it the premiere is planned for some time in 2023 in Japan.

Kuji Furumiya started publishing the story in 2008, and later the service also started publishing Shoutsuka ni Narou in September 2012. Paper release later began via the publishing label Dengeki no Shinbungei from Kadokawa since January 2019 and finished it in April 2021 with six volumes. In addition, a manga adaptation from the hand of Naoki Etsumi will be published via the magazine Dengeki Daioh from Kadokawa since September 2020.
