A previous press release indicated that this project is a mix of “The Edo Period and Idols” and writes: “The story takes place in the Kansei Period of the Edo Period (1603-1868), a time of entertainment and it shows the activities of the “idols” of a group of girls living with their own problems. The central question is, why not include a modern concept in a story of the past? It shows scenes of girls from the Edo Time dressed in Japanese idol costumes performing live under the light of traditional Japanese lanterns.
