With just over a month to go before its official debut, Netflix released a new trailer for Thermae Romae Novae. The promotional clip of the anime series about Ancient Rome was also accompanied by a promotional poster depicting the protagonist halfway between the past and Japan.

Netflix has released a new teaser trailer for the series on social media. In this video we see themRoman architect Lucius, responsible for the construction of a public bath, enter the Japanese baths in the present. How will a man of the past react to modern antics? This clip was released alongside a new Thermae Romae Novae key visual, which you can find at the bottom of the article.
To direct the anime, on behalf of the NAZ animation studio, is Tetsuya Tatamitani, while Yuichiro Momose is the scriptwriter. We remind you that this is the official sequel to Thermae Romae, the manga by Yamazaki whose last volume was published by Star Comics in 2014.
