As it turns out, Sol Press founder and CEO Michael Valdez would have suddenly disappeared, thereby losing all trace of himself. No one manages to get in touch with him, not even the publisher’s other partners.

Hirei, the publisher’s former project manager, said Valdez was very insistent on completing projects early and then used that excuse to not pay the agreed installments.
