According to the leaks in the next issue of the magazine Weekly shonen jump, scheduled for September 27 in Japan, the sixth season of the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi, Boku is not a hero academy (My hero academy) is currently in production. The official information will be released even earlier, following the airing of the final episode of the fifth season next Saturday.
The fifth season has aired in Japan since March 27th and confirmed with a total of 25 episodes, while the platforms Crispy roll and Funimation they take care of the spread in the west. Season 5 recap of Boku no Hero Academia
The UA Academy Class 1-A has been the focus of public attention due to the numerous rogue attacks they have been exposed to over the past school year. That attention has made Class 1-A rivals, Class 1-B, rather bitter. To prove their skills, they look forward to the opportunity they are given: a series of mock battles between students in each class.
The classes are divided into groups of four, each of which has the task of catching the other members of the group. The winner is the group that first insures the entire opposing team. What sounds simple is added with a curveball with general course student Hitoshi Shinsou looking to switch to the hero course. Although he used his training with Classroom 1-A teacher Shouta “Eraserhead” Aizawa to prove that he was capable of being a true hero, his lack of experience left him well behind the rest. However, Shinsou is determined to meet this challenge. This begins the fierce competition between classes 1-A and 1-B, as each tries to prove that it is superior to the other.
