Summary of Seijo no Maryoku wa Bannou desu
Since time immemorial, the citizens of Salutania have lived in a blanket of miasma, a force that spawns monsters that wreak havoc across the world. When the knightly order of the realm is no longer able to contain the monsters, the Great Wizard summons a holy maiden – the legendary “Saint” – to slay the vile creatures and restore peace. One night, when Sei Takanashi returns home after a long day at work, she is drawn to a strange world by a magical force. Arriving in the kingdom of Salutania, he learns that the Great Wizard mistakenly summoned two female saints: Sei and a brown-haired girl.
All the prince needs is a holy maiden, declares the other girl a saint, and leaves Sei to her own devices. Sei targets the Medicinal Flora Research Institute, an institution known for its studies of herbs and potions.
