There are often no limits to the imagination of fans, and this leads to successes few could have imagined. While many are dabbling in the world of cosplay including our local Alessia Magliocca with a cosplay from Yamato, a fan of ONE PIECE has decided to present the protagonists of the straw hat crew in a new guise.
The illustrator known on Instagram, nicknamed Vinu.tun, decided to reproduce it Mugiwara with a vintage lookas if they were role models from a bygone era and posed in various magazines to sponsor 70’s and 80’s-style products.
Below we see in the order Zoro, Sanji, Nami, Chopper and Franky in this vintage key. The green-haired swordsman could only sponsor a brand of beer, delighted while facing three kinds of mugs; Sanji, on the other hand, happily smokes the Vinsmoke cigarette brand. The beautiful Nami with her always flowing orange hair focuses instead on tangerines and an orange juice. Unlike the others, Chopper is the protagonist of a horror film that shows both forms, as if trying to appeal to Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde remember. Finally this Franky who obviously highlights the Cutty Cola with which he supports himself.
