On the official site for the anime adaptation of the Otome video game by idea factory, Necklace x Maliceit was announced that the franchise will have a two-part film project that will be titled Gekijoban Collar x Malice Deep Cover. The first film will be released at the beginning of the 2023 summer season, during kizu becomes the main musical theme entitled “Ningen x Shikkaku“.
This was also revealed in the press release Studio Deen will be responsible for the production of the project while Avex images handles the distribution. May Hanamura is listed with the original character designs, but no other production members have been revealed.
