The Japanese platform Niconico does not allow fans to escape summer, even though the annual Niconico Chokaigi convention has been suspended this year for the obvious reasons of the pandemic. The platform announced that it will host a marathon series that will help fans make up for their lost summer through anime, including a celebration episode filled with swimsuits and pool chapters.
First, the “Super Anime Selection Marathon” takes place, in which eight series are fully presented between August 8 and 16, including:
The Niconico platform will then hold its annual selection of swimwear episodes for the fourth time in a row. In this year’s selection there are series like Toradora, Eromanga Sensei, Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai and more. In addition, this year the scenes will be categorized as “pool” and “beach”, with the first airing on August 15th and the second on August 16th.
