The attack of the giants it is really nearing the finale and in a couple of months the exploits of Hajime Isayama’s masterpiece will be finalized. However, according to one theory, the reality we are observing could be just one of the many variants of the fate of our protagonists.

Chapter 137 of the attack of the giants made some interesting twists, one of which seems to have been taken lightly. In fact, Zeke is talking to his old mentor about a very ambiguous reference that could open the door to several possibilities. The reference in question, which you can find at the bottom of the news, fits a theory perfectly the one in which Eren decides to upset his plans.

If the current owner of the primordial giant powers decides to use his abilities in other ways, Eren can choose to “restart” the story and eliminate the giant’s powers altogether. If the Titants had never existed, if Ymir had never gained such power, what would have happened to humanity? Kind of a parallel timeline something very similar to the FullMetal Alchemist movie, two separate worlds between alchemy and science. In any case, this remains just a hypothesis that, even if hidden, could open the doors to a sensational turn.

As for you, what do you think of this theory instead? Let us know what you think about this with a comment below.
