Written on the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels by mato satou and illustrated by Nilitsu, Shokei Shoujo no virgin street (The executioner and his way of life) four promotional videos featuring different characters from the project were released. Menou, Akari, Momo and Ashuna’s videos confirm that the premiere is scheduled for next April 1st in Japan.
mato satou began publishing the novels through the independent service Shousetsuka ni Narou under the title “Munouryokusha no Tame no Cheat-Goroshi: Shoujo wa Kono Sekai de Ikiru Tame, Shudan wo Erabanai Akunin in Naru Koto wo Kimeta“. The work was published on paper with illustrations by Nilitsu in July 2019 via the publishing label GA Bunko from the publisher SBCreative in July 2019. The publisher published the sixth volume on August 12.

- Milli will feature the opening theme song “Paper bouquet“, while choucho will be the final theme entitled “Touka Serenade (Serenade by Lamplight)”.
Summary of Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road
In this world there are the “Wanderers”, which are characters who came from Japan from another world. These “Wanderers” have been responsible for major disasters in the past, so currently if one is found they must be killed immediately by an “Executor”. Menou, an enforcer, encounters a wanderer girl named Akari, who immediately kills her without hesitation. However, Akari comes back to life. In search of a way to kill them, this journey begins between Akari and Menou. However, accompanied by the friendly and always smiling Akari, Menou begins to change her mind about the Far Walkers. Will this be the start of a revolution in the ideology of a rotten world?
