Summary for Kengan Ashura

Behind every major trade deal in Japan, there’s a fighter lying on the ground… and another one standing on the corpse. Since the Edo period, Japan’s most influential corporations have resolved their conflicts through ruthless unarmed gladiatorial combat. To facilitate these struggles, an underground organization called the Kengan Association was formed.

Ouma Tokita, a man nicknamed “The Ashura”, aspires to become the strongest martial artist. To do this, he becomes a Kengan fighter for a company called Nogi Group. Soon after, Kazou Yamashita, a clerk with a stuck job at Nogi Group, is hired to become Ouma’s manager. Now thrown into harrowing scenarios, can this duo survive in the brutal world of Kengan?
