During the event Sakura Fes It was announced in Japan that the anime adaptation of the manga has been written and illustrated CLAMP, Cardcaptor Sakura: Delete card henThere will be a second season. As stated in the press release, This new sequel will adapt the rest of the original manga to its conclusion.
For his part CLAMP began publishing this manga sequel by the magazine Nakayoshi from the publisher kodansha in June 2016. A twenty-two episode anime adaptation premiered during the season of Winter 2022 (January-March) and was produced by Studios madhouse.
Summary for Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card-hen
Sakura Kinomoto found all the Clow cards and turned them into her own Sakura cards, so she starts her freshman year at Tomoeda High School. After her first day of school, Sakura meets her love Shaoran Li, who tells her that she is moving to Tomoeda forever. To her surprise, Shaoran will attend the same school and it seems that Sakura’s life is on the right track.
However, when Sakura goes to sleep, she finds herself in a dream with a mysterious cloaked figure surrounded by transparent cards. Sakura wakes up startled and is shocked to see that her dream has come true and the Sakura cards have become transparent. Continued dreamlike encounters with the unknown enemy and the acquisition of a new magic key set the stage for Cardcaptor Sakura’s latest adventure.
