On the official page for the animated manga adaptation Tenchi Souzou Design-bu ((Heaven’s design team) it was announced that the series will have a “special version” that will be released through the platform Amazon Prime Video in Japan on April 1st at midnight (i.e. on April 2nd at midnight). This “special version” will contain a new episode in which the designers have to fulfill even more complicated requests from God.

On the other hand, the series has been broadcast in Japan since January 7th and has been confirmed with a total of twelve episodes. No distribution platform has acquired its international license. Finally the manga written and illustrated by Hebi-Zou, Tsuta suzuki and TARAKOis published in the journal Tomorrow two from the publisher Kodansha since 2017.

  • Souichi Masui ((Seishun Buta Yarou bunny girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai) is responsible for directing the anime in the studios Asahi production.
  • Michiko Yokote ((Shirobako, Kouya no Kotobuki Hikoutai) is responsible for writing and monitoring the scripts.
  • Sachiko oohashi ((Oruchuban Ebichu) is responsible for the character design.
  • Hayato Matsuo ((Keijo, Drifters) is responsible for composing the soundtrack.

In Heaven’s Animal Design department, designers create a variety of animals every day to fulfill God’s irrational desires. In a fun, interesting and informative way, the series tries to answer questions like “Why can’t there be unicorns?” To answer. Why does an animal taste delicious? “What is the most powerful creature in the ocean?”, And, “Birds versus snakes, who will win?”

This work is an encyclopedia disguised as a manga and will make your next visit to the zoo a hundred times more interesting!
