July has begun: This means that 1-cour's spring anime has come to an end, as have other longer-lived anime, and new titles will take their place. This is how it begins Anime summer season 2022 which promises to already be full of products to watch, most notably Made in Abyss with its second season.

Made in Abyss: The golden city of the scorching sun is the highly anticipated sequel (scheduled for July 6 release) to 2017's Made in Abyss season 1 and 2020's sequel film Dawn of the Deep Souls. But the adaptation of Tsukushi's manga certainly isn't the only one title following the season. These days theArrival of Overlord 4, one of the most anticipated isekai, debuting on July 5th. The trailer for the new season of Overlord has already made the public understand what the continuation of the story of Ainz Ooal Gown will look like.

It should also follow Rent a Girlfriend with its second season, which will tend to further intensify the relationships between the two protagonists, Chizuru Mizuhara and Kazuya Kinoshita, without missing the contribution of other girls who will try to have their say. Also eagerly awaited The Elite Classroom returns in Season 2, which has tested fans' patience given the time that has passed since the production of the first episodes. The first episode will air on July 4th.

Not to underestimate call of the night, anime based on the manga of the same name by Kotoyama, mangaka already by Dagashi Kashi and arriving on Weekly Shonen Sundaym July 7th. Other big titles this season are RWBY: Ice Queen (July 3) e Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon? Season 4 (July 22). Which of these will you follow?
