In the last weeks Marvel Comics was expecting the debut of the Goblin Queen in the latest installments of the so-called ‘Era Beyond’, which will culminate in a clash between Peter Parker and Ben Reilly. In the meantime, let’s discover it thanks to the preview of the new edition (which we share below). It is the Beyond Corporation that created the Goblin Queenthe same company that currently has Ben Reilly on his payroll.
there The Leprechaun Queen’s true identity appears to be Ashley Kafka, historical supporting actor in the Spider-Man stories, currently employed by Beyond Corporation. The mysterious company, which seems to have sniffed out possible deals with the villains in addition to the superhero business, therefore confirms himself as the true antagonist of this Spider-Man runhaving previously even plagiarized the ignorant Ben Reilly to make him obedient.
In the meantime, the writing team that writes the stories of Beyond Era is slowly building the return of Peter Parker as Spider-Man, return prevented by the original Spider-Man’s precarious health (injured in an explosion early in the run). In the latest issue, we witnessed the attempt of Captain America and Black Cat to get Peter fit againwhich forced him to regain his uniform by undergoing training that saw the return of a famous Spider-Man costume.
Amazing Spider-Man #88 will be released on February 2, 2022 in the United States.
