On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Chiyo Kenmotsu, Roleplay Fudosan (Roleplay real estate) a new promotional image of the project was released. The press release confirmed that the premiere is slated for next April in Japan and that the image features the characters in the lead roles. Kotone Kazairo, fa, Rufria and rakira.
A special promotional video was also released to introduce the character Rakira.
Kenmotsu began publishing the manga through the magazine Manga time Kirara Carat from the publisher Houbunsha in April 2018. The publisher released the first anthology in May 2019, followed by the second in March 2020, while the third was released in Japan on April 27.

Summary of the RPG Fudousan
The story begins fifteen years after the demon king was defeated and the world became peaceful. Kotone, who graduated from school and became a sorceress, asked the kingdom-affiliated “RPG real estate (literally “RPG real estate”)” for help finding a new home. In reality, RPG Real Estate was Kotone’s place of work, and together with Fa, a demi-human, the priestess Rufuria, and the soldier Rakira, they help find new homes for clients with different circumstances.
