His is certainly one of the most famous manga Kentaro Miura’s Berserker. Unfortunately, the story was interrupted by the death of the mangaka, and Hakusensha Publishing hasn’t made any decisions about a possible continuation by the wizards or by other authors. However, that doesn’t fade the memory of this epic dark fantasy story.
In the most recent Elden Ring, the Sword of Gatsu appears, dragon slayer. A much appreciated video game tribute as Miyazaki has always been a fan of the Berserk saga. However, others have chosen to pay homage to the series in other ways, one of which is quite special.
The Japanese confectionary artist, who signs himself on Twitter as Ico, has made a cake topped with frosting and decorated with berries, blackberries and strawberries. Nothing unusual so far, other than that Among the ornaments is the red Bejelit that appears in Berserker. As seen in the photo below, the cursed jewel’s creepy, tearful face has been beautifully reproduced and sits in the center of the cake. Now the red of the cream and the dark blackberries have a completely different effect the berserker item which makes the cake a lot scarier and difficult to eat, but certainly artistically valuable.
