In April 1997 Panini Comics published the first volume of the rat man Collection, with a spectacular cover where Spider-Man stood next to the protagonist. The success of Rat-Man’s hilarious and clever adventures made him a true icon, and 25 years later the publisher decided to celebrate him in style.
Born in 1989 Rat-Man became extremely popular thanks to Panini Comics’ publication of the aforementioned series, which was created entirely by Leo Ortolani himself, except for the coloring of the covers. The popularity of Rat-Man also helped define the importance of the publisher himself in our country, and therefore, almost as if to recall that heyday, Saturday April 2, Panini Comics in collaboration with BPER Bancaorganized an event that was just amazing.
In fact, at the BPER Banca Forum Monzani headquarters in Modena, it will be possible to relive the editorial story of Rat-Man with the intervention of Leo Ortolani himself, who created the illustration below, and other special guests. Another very interesting initiative will be some kind solemn journey through pictures and covers which have marked important milestones in the series itself.
