On the official page for the animated customization of the franchise Frontier works, Project Scardtitled Project Scard: Praeter no KizuThe distribution information for the compiled Blu-ray volumes has been released, confirming that the series will have thirteen episodes in total. The announcement also revealed the cover and contents of the first volume.
- Volume 1 (episodes 1-3) – April 28, 2021.
- Volume 2 (Episodes 4-6) – May 26, 2021.
- Volume 3 (episodes 7 to 9) – June 30, 2021.
- Volume 4 (Episodes 10-13) – July 28, 2021.
The series has aired in Japan since January 8th. The franchise also includes CD dramas, character songs, and live streaming shows with voice actors. Furthermore, Yui Kuroe began releasing a manga adaptation entitled Project Scard: Kemono-tachi no Seigi in the magazine Shonen Magazine Edge from the publisher Kodansha on September 17th.

Project Scard Synopsis: Praeter no Kizu
The story takes place in the fictional Akatsuki Special Ward in Tokyo, a place where there are no laws. To maintain order in the neighborhood, there are three organizations: Helios, Artemis, and the Public Security Bureau, which employ agents known as “Scard”. These agents are marked with divine tattoos that give them the option to refuse bullets or swords, making them practically invulnerable.
