The platform Amazon listed that the second film is based on the manga written and illustrated by Tozen Ujiie, Seitokai Yakuindomo, simply titled as Seitokai Yakuindomo film 2, will be released on DVD in Japan and will be included as a benefit in the special edition of the twenty-first compiled volume of the original manga. The publication of this volume is planned for Japan next August 16th.
The 78-minute film was originally scheduled to open in Japan on July 10, 2020, three years after the first film was released in July 2017. However, this has been postponed due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on production. The film finally opened in 26 cinemas in Japan on January 1st and took first place in the winners’ list.Kogyo Tsushinshaā, In the mini-cinemas department.
For his part, Ujiie began to publish the manga in the magazine Magazine special from the publisher Kodansha in June 2007 and 2008 he moved it to the magazine Weekly Shonen Magazine from the same publisher in which it is still published. The publisher released the 20th compiled volume on March 17th in Japan.

Synopsis by Seitokai Yakuindomo
The Ousai Academy was originally an all-girls preparatory school. Due to the falling birth rates in recent years, it became a co-educational school. Freshman male students would be surrounded by girls, and unfortunately Tsuda Takatoshi is one of them. What’s worse, he is cursed at by Shino Amakusa, the student council president, on his first day, which didn’t make a good first impression of him. Tsuda also runs into the other members of the student council who berate him, and he ends up being late for class. As an excuse for ruining his morning, Shino allows him to join the student council for various “reasons” and he accepts, or rather, is forced to accept.
