Written and illustrated by the animated adaptation of the manga on the official Twitter account Sousuke Touka, Ousama ranking (Ranking of kings) a new promotional video and picture of the project was shared. The video maintains the Japanese release date scheduled for next October and shows a fragment of the opening song titled βBOYβ and played by King Gnu.
For his part, Touka began to publish the manga independently through the portal Manga hack and other services in May 2017. Subsequently, the publisher Kadokawa began publishing on paper in the direct format of the anthologies in February 2019.

Summary of the Ousama ranking
The story revolves around Bojji, a weak and deaf prince who cannot even hold a children’s sword. As the firstborn, he maintains his enormous desire to become the most powerful king in the world. However, the people around him relate to him disparagingly and have no intention of accepting him as king. Bojji gets his first friend named Kage (shadow), literally a shadow on the ground that Bojji can somehow understand. In fact, Kage is a survivor of the “Kage” assassin clan who was eliminated, so he is no longer a murderer and survives by stealing. History will show how Bojji finds his own way to his desire.
