On the official page for the original anime Aniplex Y. Studio VOLN, Back arrowthe second promotional video of the project was released. The video shows the performers of the musical themes, including:

  • LiSA will play the opening song entitled “Dawn”.
  • Shuka saitou will play the final song entitled “Sekai no Hate”.

On the other hand, the series is scheduled to premiere in January 2021 and will last two consecutive arcs (six months).

Production team

  • Goro Taniguchi ((Code Geass – Hangyaku no Lelouch) is responsible for the direction of the anime in Studio VOLN.
  • Kazuki Nakashima ((Promise, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Kill la kill) is responsible for writing and overseeing the scripts for each episode.
  • Toshiyuki Kanno is responsible for customizing the original designs from Shinobu ohtaka for animation and also serves as animation director.
  • Kouhei Tanaka is responsible for the composition of the soundtrack.

Back arrow synopsis

Ringarindo is a land surrounded by a wall. The wall covers, protects, cultivates and cares for this land. The wall is God … it is the foundation of this land of Ringarindo. One day a mysterious boy named Back Arrow appears in the town of Essha on the outskirts of Ringarindo. Arrow lost his memories, but only says that he knows, “I came from beyond the wall.” To restore his memories, Arrow goes over the wall, but gets into a fight with himself as it comes to the mission.
