Eiichiro Oda was quite adept at developing the sizing system to allow readers to understand the danger of an enemy. The author has therefore put a bounty on the head of every pirate in the seas ONE PIECEsome of which lead to mind-boggling numbers while others are a few pennies.
Of the currently living emperors, Kaidos is the tallest after Marineford’s departure white beard the head of which amounted to over 5 billion berries. On the other hand, however, what the smallest size ever as ONE PIECE the answer is soon said: Chopper Indeed, he is the most underrated pirate in the entire pirate epic of Eiichiro Oda.
Although he is a skilled doctor, a fighter overall stronger than many other characters seen so far, a real jolly for the Mugiwara, the Marines thought he was a pet and in return they gave him one measly size of 100 berries, only grown by half after the leap in time. We don’t know if the Sensei will bring the character an important event in the near future that will finally allow his size to match that of the Mugiwara, but until then he will remain the least wanted pirate in the Navy.
