ONE PIECE: What are the Poignee handles and where have they been discovered so far?

ONE PIECE’s mythology is full of elements, some of which, however, are still secret to the reader and the characters. Some of the secrets that will play a fundamental role in Luffy’s arrival in Laugh Tale include Poignee handles.

These large stone blocks of different colors, which in some foreign translations of ONE PIECE as Poneglyphwho tell the story of the world but few can read it. So far, several and different types of them have been discovered throughout history. Let’s see what they are.

The first type are i nine Rio Poignee handles, historical nature. These reveal parts of ancient history and transcribed messages from the people who once inhabited the world of ONE PIECE. So far, four Rio Poignee Griffes have been found:

• Ohara, at the base of the tree of knowledge and the information about the century of the void and the realm of time.
• Alubarna, Tomb of the Kings, provides details on the location of Pluto.
• Fishmen Island, algae forest of the Ryugu Kingdom. It contains Joyboy’s apology for the Piscesmen for breaking a promise he made.
• Shandora, reveals information about Poseidon, another of the Acnestral weapons.

There the second type is the Road Poignee Griffe, characterized by a strong red color. By combining the information on these four unique stones, Laugh Tale can be found. So far we know:

• The Poignee Strait handles the island of Zou.
• The one in the Whole Cake Island treasury.
• Another is in Wano and is protected by Kaido.
• The fourth was last seen next to Fish Man Island Poignee Grips 25 years earlier, but its location is now unknown.

In the end, the last category is the Poignee Griffe Instruttivi, a total of nine. They contain information and instructions on historical Poignee handles. Six have been discovered so far:

• One that Nico Robin found as a child in an unknown forest.
• The second was found by Jinbe and then obtained by Big Mom, who took him to his treasury.
• The third is present again in the Whole Cake Island room.
• Another is in the Flower Capital in Wano, owned by Orochi.
• The fifth was found by Gol D. Roger during his last voyage on an unknown island.
• The last one presented is in Onigashima, under the dome of the skull and was discovered by Law.

We will know the contents of almost all of the Poignee Griffes during Luffy’s journey, especially those needed to get to Laugh Tale.
