That Gender is always variable in the world of ONE PIECE. There are actually various powers that allow you to change gender and then give rise to theories like that of the crocodile. Sometimes things change unintentionally, like recently with the pirate Trafalgar Law.

Trafalgar Law became a woman. Obviously the motivation is spoilers and pertains to an event that happened in the very final chapters of ONE PIECE. Recently, Law and his crew set out on their new leg, the one decided upon in the final stages of Wano. However, the yellow submarine was intercepted by Blackbeard and his crew. The Emperor’s pirates on the Saber of Xebec launched the attack by conventional and less conventional means, while also plundering the devil’s fruits.

One of the new additions to ONE PIECE is the Sick Sick Fruit, now in the hands of Doc Q. Blackbeard’s crew’s doctor has the ability to inflict disease, so he took advantage of Woman’s Sickness to do so turning Law and his crew into women. In the image below you can see the cartoon with this transformation of the pirate, who, however, thanks to the haki, managed to counteract the enemy’s power.

And now the clash between Blackbeard and Law comes alive, with mortal danger for both sides.
