The hypothesis of a spy among the protagonists of ONE PIECE has a distant origin. It is different that Kin’emon and the others speculated that there was a character among them who did not play for the Alliance. However, as time went on, that speech was put on hold and in the various episodes of the anime we saw all of them in action together.
However, the events recounted in Oden Kozuki’s flashback seem to re-cast doubts about the integrity of one of the characters. Only Kaido and Orochi seem to suggest odes that there was a spy in his ranks, someone who has always sold them and who anticipated all the movements of the legitimate shogun to his opponents. It is not known whether this is true or not, but that possibility has not ceased even with the leap 20 years into the future.
in the ONE PIECE 976, which also featured a new opening with Tobi Roppo and other unreleased characters, we saw Orochi’s troops bomb the ports of Wano, with the current shogun managing to get vital information despite all of them misleading him because of his paranoia. It is precisely this security from Wano’s boss that suggests that the spy is alive and well and has never stopped betraying the Rotscheiden.
Orochi seems confident that this person is trustworthy because of his way of life and that he will give all possible information. Will the protagonists of ONE PIECE be able to find out the true identity of the spy?
