The war on Onigashima begins to heat up in the anime from ONE PIECE, as many of the Straw Hats and their various allies have entered their respective saga battles. In the midst of all this, there was one of the most exciting new features of the series: the son of Kaidos, Yamato that seems to hide great power.
The latter not only turned out on the side of Luffy and the rebelsbut he showed that he had one power worthy of the Father. This is especially true for the last episode.
What made things even more intriguing was the fact that the more we watched Yamato in action, the more the new fighter got to show off his skills. For example at Yamato he swore that he wanted to protect Momonosuke and Shinobu at any cost, and the latest installment took all of this to the next level, giving anime fans their first glimpse of the true power Yamato wields. Episode 1009 of the series continuesTobi Roppo’s Sasaki attack against Momonosuke and Shinobu, but Yamato did everything in his power to stop the armed attack. Easier said than done, as Sasaki’s group was armed with powerful weapons and shields, and even brute force couldn’t really weaken Sasaki or his team. To make matters worse, he also has to protect Momonosuke in the meantime, which is why he just had to unleash his true power.
Yamato decides to get serious and a powerful fire begins to develop from within. With the Growth of a row of sharp teethA ring of fire forms around Yamato and it’s clear who the wrestler is headed for unleash his devil fruit power. But before that happens, Franky arrives at the crime scene just in time to temporarily distract Sasaki and give Yamato and the others the opening they need to escape Tobi Roppo’s attack.
