The whole idea of Naruto, which therefore also includes the direct spin-off sequel with Boruto in the lead role, is part of a franchise that is now one of the wealthiest and most profitable in Japan. So it’s no wonder that the number of episodes in the new cartoon series has now significantly exceeded 200.
Currently, the Boruto anime has 222 episodes and after Studio Pierrot made up ground compared to the manga, it has returned to produce filler episodes to remove the paper front from the TV episode. Either way, this move continues to be a great source of income for Tokyo TV who has continued to invest important resources in the franchise for many years.
In fact, the broadcaster released the latest financial reports for the second quarter (April-September) to produce them the 5 most productive stocks in terms of sales and gross profit. For the first point the order of precedence follows:
- Naruto;
- Boruto;
- Pokémon;
- Yu-Gi-Oh !;
- bleaching;
The souls who respect the second point, on the other hand, respect the following positions:
- Naruto;
- Boruto;
- Pokémon;
- Bleaching;
- One hit man;
Who knows that these results won’t lead the station to continue investing in the manga of the same name by ONE and Yusuke Murata, maybe with a third season. As for you, what do you think of this data instead? Please let us know as usual with a comment below.
