In the Straw Hat crew everyone has their own role and their own way of fighting. There’s Luffy, the undisputed captain, Zoro vice-captain and swordsman, Nami the navigator who uses the Clima Tact and so on all the other protagonists of ONE PIECE. The roles are not swapped over time and everyone stays true to their style.
What if Nami takes Zoro’s place instead?? It’s the latest thought from Eiichiro Oda for volume 13 of ONE PIECE magazine, which will appear in Japan along with the final chapter of Boichi’s ace manga. As always in this side magazine devoted only to the pirate manga, Oda adds unique sketches and illustrations to keep fans entertained.
In this case, the choice fell on one Nami swordsmen and users of the three sword style. Below is the illustration signed by Oda, in which Nami is seen from above cutting open a straw doll, wearing a unique dress consisting of a black bikini and a long red floral skirt with a slit on the right thigh. A Nami certainly unedited for ONE PIECE and that could have its say in many situations.
But who knows if he could take Zoro’s place in his current fight in Onigashima.
