A new teaser trailer for the anime was recently shared on the official Anime PONY CANYON YouTube channel My master has no tail. Written and illustrated by TNSK, the manga adaptation will be released in the fall season.

A second promotional video announced that "My Master Has No Tail" will premiere on Japanese TV channels in 2016 October 2022. Along with many other acclaimed anime series, he will be starring in a fall 2022 anime that promises to spark. In addition, the clip includes some of the protagonists that we will see throughout the series, as well as information about the voices involved in the work of the series.

Voice actors working on the anime include Ayana Taketatsu, Akira Ishida, and Junichi Suwabe, as well as voices from Enishi Kirino, Utaroku Ebisuya, and Buncho Daikokutei, respectively. The series is directed by Hideyo Yamamoto LIDEN FILMS, the animation studio behind Tokyo Revengers Season 2, which will adapt the Christmas Conflict arc. Touko Machida is overseeing the scripts for the series, co-written with Kei Shimobayashi, Aya Satsuki and Yuho Togashi. Ryo Yamauchi is both character designer and chief animation director.

The action of My Master Has no Tail takes place in thewas Taisho from Japan, a period from 1912 to 1926. Mameda, a shape-shifting tanuki girl, dreams of becoming a human and transforms her physical appearance into a beautiful young woman. On the way to the city of Osaka, Mameda is immediately recognized. She is recognized by Bunko, who is herself a supernatural creature transformed into a rakugo comic storyteller. Mameda, ask Bunko to be his teacher and teach her to play a human. The manga the anime is based on made its debut on Kodansha's Good in 2019 and is still ongoing.
