The Japanese publisher Shueisha has the release date of a new light novel from My Hero Academia entitled. confirmed My Hero Academia: Takahide Hakusho Sakura. The new light novel, will be released in Japan in October, will be part of the “School Briefs” series by Anri Yoshi and Kohei Horikoshi and will deepen the relationship between the students of 1-A.

My Hero Academia: Takahide Hakusho Sakura, translatable as My Hero Academia School Briefs: Cherry Blossom, is the new volume of the spin-off series “School Briefs”, which started in February 2017 and is currently running with 5 volumes, the last of which was published in September 2020.

The sixth volume will be released in Japan on October 4th, 2021, according to the first details announced by the official Shueisha website will contain special chapters that will be played during Valentine’s Day and Spring Break. There will also be an episode related to the My Villain Academia narrative arc starring Shigaraki and Companions. All in all, it’s mainly about chapters that depict the everyday life of heroes and villains, perfect for lovers of the Slice of Life genre.
