Kohei Horikoshi is one of the most followed authors on Twitter, behind only Yoshihiro Togashi. The mangaka from My Hero Academy always keeps its audience on the alert thanks to a constant presence on the Blue Bird platform, showing often unpublished drawings made to celebrate different occasions of different nature.
Volume 35 of My Hero Academia was recently released in Japan and the cover features Tomura Shigaraki and Izuku Midoriya, respectively antagonist and protagonist of the work, in a dualism that will last until the end. To celebrate the release of this tankobon in Japanese comics, Horikoshi decided to do a special illustration.
The mangaka made this color sketch available below where there are four girls: Ochako Uraraka, Mirko, Himiko Toga and Tsuyu Asui, all in school uniform consisting of white shirt, green skirt and red tie, only very similar to that of the Yuei. The colors contribute a lot to this image, since Horikoshi usually draws in black and white so as not to burden too much the work involved in creating the chapters.
Do you like this portrayal of the four girls who were all re-proposed in their high school days?
