Season 5 of My Hero Academia was one of the most watched anime of the summer. The recently completed series of episodes catapulted the anime’s protagonists and antagonists into a new dimension and prepared the battlefield for their next war. This is told in My Hero Academia Season 6, now in production.
After the first leaks and the announcement, at the same time as the end of season 5, Studio BONES has released the trailer for My Hero Academia 6. Heroes and villains are involved in the new fight, which however has no date yet. So far, the information disclosed does not even provide for an exact exit window. Because of this, when My Hero Academia 6 is released? Let’s try to make a hypothesis based on the trend over the past few seasons.
Aside from the first two seasons, which followed a slightly different process, the final seasons of My Hero Academia started about a year after the previous one ended. Given the completion of Season 5 at the end of September 2021, it is therefore possible that My Hero Academia 6 will debut in Japan in October 2022. With a total of around 24 episodes, as in the previous seasons, this means that we will have an anime at the turn of the year 2022 and 2023 and that until March of the following year.
