While Midoriya and the other heroes prepare the next step, ready for the next phase of the Final Act, Criminals easily roam the cities. Taking advantage of this situation of apparent calm, Himiko Toga visits her childhood home in chapter 341 of My Hero Academia, where she is ruled by memories.
Author Kohei Horikoshi turns the page, and in the recent appointment with work brings readers back to the villain’s side. The opening pages of chapter 341 are indeed dedicated to Toga, the criminal most loved by fans, and his twisted and psychotic mentality. The mangaka takes us into the villain’s train of thought, which traces some stages of childhood, and allows us to do so delve into the characterits history and difficult relationship with society.
Since childhood we are shown how toga had serious problems with his blood hunger, and how her parents and loved ones around her tried in every way to suppress this passion of hers. Instead of helping her by taking her to a social center, little Toga’s mother and father tried to hide this oddity and forced her to behave “civilly.” However, these ways have not had any effect, and as we know, eventually Toga gave in to his primal impulses.
Returning to the present, we see how his home is now without furniture and all personal belongings disappear. Additionally, the walls of the house have been smeared with murals defining it as a “demon” or “vampire”. It is precisely this excessive passion for blood that will allow a member of the Union of Villain of My Hero Academia to return from the underworld. The tragedy of these pages makes the reason for this even clearer distorted view of toga.
