The Ultimate Universe was a successful experiment by Marvel that, in the early 2000s, provided an opportunity to narrate more modern and mature versions of its classic superheroes. About 6 years after this label was lifted, it seems that the Ultimate Universe is ready to get back on the scene.

The interesting detail, however, is the cover with an illustration by Taurine Clarke. In the picture we see some characters from alternate universes, among which the Spider-Gwen from Earth-65 stands out, but also the ultimatums of the earth-1610, the ultimate universe.
In the comics, Earth-1610 was destroyed during the 2015 Secret Wars maxi event Very few original characters from the Ultimate Universe were able to escape Find shelter on Earth-616, the classic Marvel universe. Among them we find the creator or the evil Ultimate Reed Richards, but also Miles Morales himselfwho has since shared Spider-Man’s coat with Peter Parker.
In any case, this isn’t the first time survival of the Ultimate Universe has been suggested: in the finale of the 2017 Spider-Men II miniseries by Brian Michael Bendis and Sara Pichelli a restored Terra-1610 was shown, still in action with its old residents, including Ultimate Peter Parker.
The release of Miles Morales: Spider-Man # 36 is scheduled for March 2022. Oddly enough, in the same month Miles is embroiled in another multiverse adventure: the miniseries What If Miles Morales will place him in the shoes of other Marvel heroes.
