In 2023, Netflix will continue its commitment to the streaming distribution of Japanese anime. One of the next titles to join the video entertainment giant’s catalog will be make my daythe anime film whose story was written by Yasuo Ohtagaki responsible for Gundam Thunderbolt.
In June 2021, Make My Day was announced and after more than a year of silence, the film’s release date was finally revealed. This became known through a note posted on Twitter Make My Day will debut in the Netflix streaming catalog on February 2, 2023. Awaiting release here is Netflix January 2023 anime releases.

On the new advertising poster that reveals the premiere, we get to know two of the film’s protagonists. Make My Day’s staff includes Makoto Honda as director, Yumiko Yoshizawa as screenwriter, and Kiyotaka Oshiyama and Shouji Kawamori as designers. The 3DCG animations are produced by the Taiwanese subsidiary of Animation studio Studio5 whose founder is Honda.
