On the official Twitter account of the multimedia franchise of Lupine III (Lupine the 3rd), a new promo image was released for the anime Lupine III: Part 6, the sixth part of the animated adaptation of the original manga. The visual was created by the character designer Hirotaka marufuji, and the press release confirmed that the premiere is scheduled for October 9th in Japan.
On the other hand, Lupine III (Lupine the third) is originally a manga written and illustrated by Monkey punchwhich was published through the magazine Weekly manga action from the publisher Futabasha between August 1967 and May 1969 with a total of fourteen compiled volumes. More than fifty years after it was founded Lupine III remains popular with its latest animated adaptation in 2018.

Mamoru Oshii (Ghost in the shell), Masaki Tsuji (Kyojin no Hoshi, Umi no Triton), The novelist Taku ashibe (Murder in the Red Chamber) Akio Higuchi (Zone) and Kanae minato (confession) serve as guest scriptwriters.
- Hiroki marufuji (Koutetsujou no Kabaneri) is responsible for character design and animation direction.

General Synopsis of Lupine III
ArsΓ¨ne Lupine III, the grandson of the fictional thief knight ArsΓ¨ne Lupine, is considered the greatest thief in the world, known for announcing his intentions to steal valuable items by sending a business card to their owners. His right-hand man and best friend is Daisuke Jigen, an experienced marksman who can accurately shoot a target in 0.3 seconds. Although Lupine and Jigen often work as a two-man team, they are often accompanied by Goemon Ishikawa XIII, a master swordsman whose sword can cut anything, and Fujiko Mine, a deadly woman and Lupin’s love interest. Although Fujiko generally works with the others, she occasionally takes advantage of Lupin’s interest in her to steal the treasure for herself. Lupine and his gang are constantly being chased by Interpol’s inspector Koichi Zenigata, who made it a life’s work to arrest them and chase Lupine around the world.
