A leak ensured that the anime adaptation of the manga was written and illustrated by Tomohito Oda, Komi-san wa, Komyushou Desu (Komi cannot communicate) will have a second season. The leak did not reveal any further details and confirmation is expected either after the last episode is broadcast on December 22nd or in the sixth issue of the magazine in 2022. Weekly Shonen Sunday, which is expected to go on sale in Japan on January 5, 2022.

Komi-san wa, Komyushou Desu

The series has been aired by television stations in Japan since October 6th last year. The platform Netflix will premiere the episode two weeks after it aired in Japan, with the title Komi-san cannot communicate. On the other hand, Oda started publishing the manga through the magazine in May 2016 Weekly Shonen Sunday from the publisher Shogakukan. The work already has more than 5.8 million copies in circulation.

Summary of Komi-san wa, Komyushou desu

It's Shouko Komi's first day at the prestigious Itan Private Institute, and she's already the Madonna of the school. With her long black hair and tall, elegant appearance, she attracts the attention of everyone who meets her. However, there is a problem: despite her popularity, Shouko is poor at communicating with others. Hitohito Tadano is your typical high school boy. With his life motto "Read the situation and avoid anger", he quickly realizes that sitting next to Shouko has made him an enemy of all his class.

One day, Hitohito accidentally passes out and wakes up to the sound of Shouko's "Meow". He lies and says he didn't hear anything that made Shouko run away. But before she can escape, Hitohito assumes that Shouko cannot easily talk to others; In fact, he had never been able to find a single friend.
