The dragon instantly transforms into a pretty, busty and energetic young woman in a maid outfit who introduces herself as Tohru. It turned out that the stoic programmer had met the dragon the night before on a drunken excursion through the mountains, and since the mythical beast had nowhere else to go, she had offered the creature a place to stay in her house. So Tohru had come to take advantage of the offer, ready to reciprocate her Savior’s kindness by working as her personal servant. Though he deeply regrets his words and is reluctant to keep his promise, a mixture of guilt and Tohru’s incredible dragon skills persuade Kobayashi to take the girl in.
Despite being extremely efficient at her job, the housekeeper ‘s unorthodox methods often frighten Kobayashi and sometimes bring him more trouble than help. In addition, the circumstances of the dragon’s arrival on Earth seem a lot more complicated than it seems at first glance, as Tohru brings with it some severe emotions and painful memories.
