The Japanese portal Mantan network reported that the fifth episode of the anime Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-hen, broadcast on November 14th on Fuji TV, achieved a viewer rating of 5.7 percent in the Kanto Area, the most populous metropolitan area in the world. This is the fourth decline in a row that the series has suffered in its audience rating since its premiere on October 10th on Japanese television.
the first episode had an audience rating of 10.0 percent, followed by second with a 8.0 percent, the Third with a 7.0 percent, the room with the 6.4 percent, and finally the fifth with a 5.7 percent. Fans note that this steady decline is due to the fact that the series doesn’t offer anything new (beyond the first episode), which has not yet been seen in the film. However, the fact that the index continues to decline means that even those who have been watching it now are giving it up for the time being.
On the other hand, the second season project of the anime adaptation is already being broadcast and is listed (still unofficially, but according to distribution platforms) with a total of eighteen episodes, seven of which Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-hen and eleven before Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yuukaku-hen. The project has aired since last October 10th, starting with the first series while Crispy roll and Funimation take care of their distribution.

He is joined by some of the Corps’ new promises: Tanjirou Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira, waiting to witness the fiery exploits of this exemplary demon slayer. Unbeknownst to them, the demonic forces responsible for the disappearance have already started their sinister plan. Under this demonic presence, the group must muster all their willpower and draw their swords to save the two hundred passengers on board.
