On the official Twitter account for the anime Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-hen (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Bow), it was announced that its October 31st broadcast in Japan will be suspended due to a national special Fuji TV. So the fourth episode will be broadcast until November 7th. This suspension does not change the publication date of Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yuukaku-hen, scheduled for December 5th in Japan.

On the other hand, the second season project of the anime adaptation is already in the air and listed (still unofficially, but through distribution platforms) with a total of eighteen episodes, seven of which Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-hen and eleven before Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yuukaku-hen. The project has aired since last October 10th, starting with the first series while Crispy roll and Funimation take care of their distribution.

Summary of Kimetsu no Yaiba
In the Taisho era in Japan, Tanjirou Kamado is a kind and intelligent boy who lives in the mountains with his family. Tanjirou became the head of the family after the death of his father and constantly travels to the village at the foot of the mountain to sell firewood and charcoal. However, his life changes when he returns home one day after a night out and discovers that his family has been killed by a demon. Tanjirou and her sister Nezuko are the only survivors, but she has been turned into a demon, although surprisingly she still shows emotion and appears to have a sense of reason. After meeting Giyuu Tomioka, a demon hunter; Tanjirou decides to become a demon hunter in order to hunt down his family’s killer and find a way to get Nezuko back to normal.
