On the official page for the anime adaptation of Light Novels written by Hirotsugu Ryuusen and illustrated by Fuzichoco, Kenja no Deshi wo Nanoru Kenja (She proclaimed herself the sage's pupil) a new promotional illustration of the project was released. The visual contains the franchise of Tensei Shitara slime Datta Ken (TenSura: Back then, I was reborn as a slime) as part of a cooperation project, as both light novels are published by the publisher Micro magazine.
The series has scheduled its premiere for January 11, 2022 in Japan and is confirmed with a total of twelve episodes, while the platform Funimation takes care of the spread in the west. For his part, Ryuusen began publishing the novels through the independent service Shousetsuka ni Narou in April 2012 and are still to be published. Then the publisher Micro magazine began its publication on paper with illustrations by Fuzichoco in June 2014.

- Gou sakabe (Date A Live, Hatsukoi Monster, Seiken Tsukai no World Break) is responsible for composing the soundtrack.
- Asaka leads the opening theme with the title "Ready, Set, Go !!", while Erabeshi interprets the final theme with the title "Ambitious".

Sakimori Kagami plays a VRMMORPG called "Arch Earth Online". He is a skilled gamer whose name and appearance resemble an elderly bearded wizard from a specific book about a ring. One day, as a last resort, she buys a makeover item to spend her expiring coin and has the idea of ββchoosing what she would look like if her character were ever a girl. Falling asleep should have interrupted the game, but Kagami is still waking up online feeling like the game has become a little more realistic. Has Arch Earth Online finally received a long awaited update?
