As every year, the publisher and giant of Japanese comics, Shueisha, has started organizing the convention Jump Festa. After the first details became known in June 2022, which raised expectations for important franchises, the dates for the next edition of the fair have finally been set.
In June 2022, the official logo of the 2023 edition was leaked, featuring the classic pirate designed years ago by the master and author of Dragon Ball. Akira Toriyama, presented by three extraordinary protagonists: Luffy from ONE PIECE, Yuji from Jujutsu Kaisen and Midoriya from My Hero Academia. Confirmation came a month later Jump Festa 2023 will take place on December 17-18, 2022.
As every year since 1999, the two days of the event will be packed with panels, insights, previews, trailers, merchandise and news of all kinds relating to the leading titles of the large magazines published by Shueishaand the possibility of announcing new projects and video games to be developed or distributed by Square Enix and Bandai Namco should also be considered, companies that have made the history of the Japanese video game market by being mainly in Genres JRPG and fighting gameswith legendary series like Final Fantasy and Tekken.
