Only a few months separate fans from the debut of Jujutsu Kaisen 2, the much-anticipated sequel that should bracket Gojo and Geto’s past. Studio MAPPA is working closely on the saga, but may have inadvertently revealed the release date.
The anime adaptation of the jewel by Against Akutami will be guest of MAPPA Stage 2023, the main event of the famous studio, which will present in an exhibition some pictures, sketches and everything else related to the production of the company’s flagship titles. The latest official key visual confirmed the role of Gojo and Geto who will be the protagonists of this welcome return in a saga dedicated to flashbacks.

MAPwould have actually placed a poster on twitter with the exact release date of the anime, scheduled for July 6th, which he promptly replaced with a generic βJulyβ a few minutes later.
