Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is a series that is very often controversial. But if there is one thing that cannot be questioned, it is the high quality in the making of the anime. This second course in its first season is drawing to a close and all eyes are on the isekai to see it close.
The hit anime promises to be some of the best moments from Rudeus this winter, and that promise began to be fulfilled this week. Finally, Mushoku Tensei has released its most violent episode which still amazes fans.
The latest episode aired this week. Rudeus was out with Eris and Ruijerd as always, but things get bad when a new enemy shows up. Orsted, the dragon god, meets the group by chance on a lonely road. Readers of the novel / manga knew from the start how the meeting would end.
As you can find in the posts below, viewers were also delighted with the animations of Mushoku Tensei this week. Studio Bind went above and beyond for the episode, given the high expectations. Orsted’s fight scenes were as brutal as fans would have liked and more
At the end of the fight Rudeus is still bleeding with a hole in his chest while Eris couldn’t even fight back before she lies stunned on the floor. Orsted’s weight of power is crystal clear, and audiences know the dragon god only gets more relevant from now on.
Of course, much of the character’s growth will happen after the first season of Mushoku Tensei. The Isekai has been a fan hit since the first episode, so it’s likely that Studio Bind will be able to do a second season. Rudeus will definitely meet Orsted again in the near future, the born-again magician would do better to train hard every now and then.
