As planned via the platform since its opening on October 31st Movement gallery, the animated adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Yukiwo, Jashin-chan dropkick ((Dropkick on my devil !!) has successfully completed its fundraising campaign to finance the production of a third season.

The campaign concluded at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2020 (Japanese Standard Time) with a total of 2,880 donations that totaled 36,181,238 yen (approximately $ 350,000 US), which is 180.90% with a goal of 20 Million yen (approximately $ 198,000). After all, this third season is titled Jashin-chan Dropkick X. and will be released in 2022.

For its part, Yukiwo publishes the manga on the website Comic meteor from the publisher Flex Comix since April 2012. The publisher published its fifteenth compilation volume on June 11, followed by the sixteenth on December 11 in Japan.

Jashin-chan Dropkick Synopsis

The story revolves around Yurine Hanazono, a student who calls Jashin-chan, a demon from the underworld. Now they have to live together in an apartment in the Jinbouchou district of Tokyo. When Yurine dies, Jashin-chan is free to return to Hell, so he keeps trying to murder her.
