The anime industry is growing, but tuition and salaries continue to be a sensitive and controversial topic among industry professionals. Recently in this regard the animator Yoshida Hiromiwho has worked for titles like Pokemon And Shinchanspoke about another phenomenon that crops up again and again across companies.
In particular, the key animator talks about bullying phenomena by saying 'jealous bullies'. For example, he himself had been a victim of it several times and declared that if he could, he would not choose such people to work with them. However, Yoshida added that lately he has been working with people who treat him with respect and is currently happy with the path he has taken.
