A renowned Japanese leaker announced that the band Ikimonogakari (Bleach (ED7), Nanatsu no Taizai (OP1, ED1), Naruto Shippuden (OP3, OP5)) will be responsible for interpreting the new opening theme of the anime adaptation of the manga Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. This new opening theme will be published in January 2021.

It's worth noting that the band performed the third opening song of the anime. Naruto Shippudenwith the single "Blue Bird (γƒ– ル γƒΌ バ γƒΌ ド)", which together with the animated sequence represents one of the best and most popular opening sequences ever produced in the history of anime.

Ukyou Kodachi Y. Mikio Ikemoto began to publish the manga in the magazine Weekly shonen jump from the publisher Shueisha monthly in May 2016 and then switched to the magazine V jump in July 2019. The publisher published the eleventh compilation volume on September 4th. Recently it was announced that the author Masashi Kishimoto will replace Kodachi in writing this manga.
